When Mr. Escobar was ready to renew its domain on September 2019 GoDaddy has already sold the domain to a guy overseas from Punjab, Pakistan who is a domain squatter. Immediately Mr. Escobar registered the domain name Diversity News Magazine Org while consulting with his colleagues and friends on ways to get back his Diversity News Magazine Dot com domain. Mr. Escobar was advised to trademark his domain name which he has done.

For your information, the domain squatter will first perform searches on the availability of domain names, which include business names, brand names, trademark names, or anything he or she feels will be valuable to the company willing to pay for. For those people who does not know what Cybersquatting means, it means the practice of registering names, especially well-known company or brand names, as internet domains, in the hope of reselling them at a profit. It also means registering, trafficking in, or using an Internet domain name with bad faith intent to profit from the goodwill of a trademark belonging to someone else. The term is derived from “squatting“, which is the act of occupying an abandoned or unoccupied space or building that the squatter does not own, rent, or otherwise have permission to use.

So after purchasing the domain, the Pakistan domain squatter man contacted Mr. Escobar asking to give him access to his Diversity News Magazine Gmail account and wanted all his Diversity News Magazine social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn etc. The Pakistan middle east man offered Mr. Escobar $100 US Dollars for all his social media profile pages. However, this Pakistan domain squatter did purchase Diversity News Magazine Dot com because he needed to make a quick buck. The Pakistan cyber squatter has read online that Mr. Escobar needed money. The Pakistani Cyber squatter tried to Cybersquatting Mr. Escobar by asking him to sale all his social media profile accounts including Gmail for $100 US dollars. Mr. Escobar very well knows that his social media pages are worth more than $100 US dollars in fact he knows some of his pages are worth thousands of dollars.

Domain squatting is illegal. A domain squatter is blocking the rightful owner of the trademark or brand from acquiring the domain name and using it to increase his or her internet visibility.

The law looks at domain squatting as similar to holding a property (the domain name) in order to raise ransom, and it is considered a trademark infringement. If a domain squatter can’t prove a legal intent in owning the domain name, it is considered to be a bad faith registration, and he or she is considered guilty of domain squatting.

“Tombstone Pillow” Short Movie It Is Must Watch Because It Is A True Story

This past weekend, I saw the short movie “Tombstone Pillow”. Although it is short. you will definitely become inspired and learn something memorable!

This movie is mainly about people in the Philippines living in a cemetery, and a wealthy widow. The starring roles are played by executive producer, singer, author and actress Lourdes Duque Baron as Olivia and actress Kendra Sison De Mesa as Maria Del Carmen.

Olivia goes to the cemetery to visit her husband’s tomb and an angry mob meets her. She then meets Maria Del Carmen and asks her what she is doing at her husband’s tomb. Olivia and Maria Del Carmen have no time to talk because the angry mob is heading towards her. So, Maria Del Carmen helps Olivia to flee the angry mob.

After a couple of days pass, Olivia remembers Maria Del Carmen teaching her what has real value in life. So, one night she goes looking for her at the cemetery, but the people confront her again. Olivia tells them about her past and they leave her alone. However, she finds out that Maria Del Carmen has been dead for many years.

“Tombstone Pillow” features people living in the Philippines Manila North Cemetery. We should never take for granted what we have here in the US, because we are fortunate to live in a country where our “We the People” vote counts. Also, the US government cares about us.

Directors Daniel Lir and Bayou Bennett do a great job by bringing an inspiring drama to the big screen. They also introduce us to actresses Lourdes Duque Baron and Kendra Sison De Mesa. “Tombstone Pillow” serves as a great learning lesson as well as entertainment. It is a colorful film with a very little cast and few plot twists. However, the timeline is a bit unclear at times. For a number of scenes, I felt things were rushed and it was hard to tell whether it had been hours, days or months that had passed since the last time a given character had been on screen. I think the directors should have used titles before new scenes to identify hours and days.

The one actress that gave this reviewer pause was Kendra Sison De Mesa. She seemed to have fun acting along actress Lourdes Duque Baron. It was laughable when she gave the sandals to Olivia to run in the cemetery and Kendra threw her Christian Louboutin shoes in the trash. I also enjoyed how she took Olivia’s Gucci sunglasses to wear them

Gyms are allowed to open indoors at 10% capacity and when the county moves to the orange stage them they can allow 25% indoors.

This is possible to the the fact that Covid-19 vaccination was met to move the counties to the red stage in re opening California.

“Remember Me“/”Ain’t No Mountain High Enough” written by Ashford & Simpson was released with Cynthia Manley vocals. The songs took off to the top of Billboard Magazine Dance Club Songs chart putting them on #5 in USA.

Cynthia Manley was also a humanitarian who participated in by donating her time and money for HIV/AIDS Awareness prevention, research and education.

It is very painful for me to share the breaking news that Boys Town Gang Lead Singer, our dearest business, friend and Disco Dance Celebrity Diva Cynthia Manley has died. Cynthia Manley was born on Edmond, Oklahoma, January 27, 1955 and die on September 10, 2020 at 3:00 am.

This past weekend, I saw the short movie “Tombstone Pillow”. Although it is short. you will definitely become inspired and learn something memorable!

This movie is mainly about people in the Philippines living in a cemetery, and a wealthy widow. The starring roles are played by executive producer, singer, author and actress Lourdes Duque Baron as Olivia and actress Kendra Sison De Mesa as Maria Del Carmen.

“Tombstone Pillow” features people living in the Philippines Manila North Cemetery. We should never take for granted what we have here in the US, because we are fortunate to live in a country where our “We the People” vote counts. Also, the US government cares about us.

LA Fitness to finally re open it is gyms on Monday, March 15, 2021!

LA Fitness announced on Friday that they would be opening it is gyms in Orange County, San Bernardino on Sunday, March 14, 2021 and Los Angeles County on Monday March 15, 2021.

Gyms are allowed to open indoors at 10% capacity and when the county moves to the orange stage them they can allow 25% indoors.

This is possible to the the fact that Covid-19 vaccination was met to move the counties to the red stage in re opening California.
