This happened at 1030 N Oxford Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90029. The man did not have any reason to return to the same location.

On February 22, 2022, Christopher Street West (CSW), producer of LA Pride announced that its annual Pride parade will return on June 12 after a two year hiatus. Instead of been bitching and complaining educate yourself, get degrees and you are lazy or not able, then you all should put your money for better use such community city programs or grants, By creating those programs you will give the opportunity to well deserve residents/citizens.
Governor Gavin Newsom, You are doing great, don’t let this big mouth people take you down. Just call a meeting with the members of assembly to make law bills to lover business and payroll taxes because those business are leaving the state and they blaming you for it. Make a law to help new starting business with a $5K to $15K and $25K to start a business in CA. Where no taxes for the first 5 to 10 years. Create incentives for business owners and provides tools for them to run the business.
Perhaps give land to build business building where no rent to be pay for over 10 years. Providing land and housing to people that has a business plan, that they will build a business and agreed to live in the house 10 years rent tax free. When Mr. Escobar was ready to renew its domain on September 2019 GoDaddy has already sold the domain to a guy overseas from Punjab, Pakistan who is a domain squatter. Immediately Mr. Escobar registered the domain name Diversity News Magazine Org while consulting with his colleagues and friends on ways to get back his Diversity News Magazine Dot com domain. Mr. Escobar was advised to trademark his domain name which he has done.
For your information, the domain squatter will first perform searches on the availability of domain names, which include business names, brand names, trademark names, or anything he or she feels will be valuable to the company willing to pay for. If it’s available, the individual buys the domain name, with the intent of selling it at a higher price to the owner of the business or the brand.
For those people who does not know what Cybersquatting means, it means the practice of registering names, especially well-known company or brand names, as internet domains, in the hope of reselling them at a profit. It also means registering, trafficking in, or using an Internet domain name with bad faith intent to profit from the goodwill of a trademark belonging to someone else. The term is derived from “squatting“, which is the act of occupying an abandoned or unoccupied space or building that the squatter does not own, rent, or otherwise have permission to use.

Domain squatting is illegal. A domain squatter is blocking the rightful owner of the trademark or brand from acquiring the domain name and using it to increase his or her internet visibility.
The law looks at domain squatting as similar to holding a property (the domain name) in order to raise ransom, and it is considered a trademark infringement. If a domain squatter can’t prove a legal intent in owning the domain name, it is considered to be a bad faith registration, and he or she is considered guilty of domain squatting.

In California, article I, section 2(b) of the California Constitution and Evidence Code section 1070 provide an immunity from being held in contempt to reporters, editors, publishers, and other people connected with or employed by newspapers, magazines, press associations and wire services, as well as radio or TV news reporters.
The California shield law applies to both the source of information (“confidential sources”) and to “unpublished information” such as notes, out-takes, unpublished photographs and tapes.
When a criminal defendant seeks information protected by the shield law, the courts have set up a “balancing test” which weighs how important the information is to the criminal defendant, whether the defendant can get the information elsewhere, and other factors. See Delaney v. Superior Court (1990) 50 Cal. 3d 785.
On the other hand, when the prosecution seeks information in a criminal law, the shield law is absolute. Miller v. Superior Court (1999) 21 Cal. 4th 883. And in a civil case where the press is not a party, the immunity from contempt is also absolute – there’s no balancing test. New York Times v. Superior Court (1990) 51 Cal. 3d 453. This case helps journalists avoid being forced to be professional witnesses instead of professional journalists.
Does the shield law cover bloggers? Good question. The California shield law covers people “connected with or employed upon” a “newspaper, magazine, or other periodical publication, or by a press association or wire service.” That question is likely to be litigated in the near future.

(a) A publisher, editor, reporter, or other person connected with or employed upon a newspaper, magazine, or other periodical publication, or by a press association or wire service, or any person who has been so connected or employed, cannot be adjudged in contempt by a judicial, legislative, administrative body, or any other body having the power to issue subpoenas, for refusing to disclose, in any proceeding as defined in Section 901, the source of any information procured while so connected or employed for publication in a newspaper, magazine or other periodical publication, or for refusing to disclose any unpublished information obtained or prepared in gathering, receiving or processing of information for communication to the public.
(b) Nor can a radio or television news reporter or other person connected with or employed by a radio or television station, or any person who has been so connected or employed, be so adjudged in contempt for refusing to disclose the source of any information procured while so connected or employed for news or news commentary purposes on radio or television, or for refusing to disclose any unpublished information obtained or prepared in gathering, receiving or processing of information for communication to the public.
(c) As used in this section, “unpublished information” includes information not disseminated to the public by the person from whom disclosure is sought, whether or not related information has been disseminated and includes, but is not limited to, all notes, outtakes, photographs, tapes or other data of whatever sort not itself disseminated to the public through a medium of communication, whether or not published information based upon or related to such material has been disseminated.

The 87th Annual Hollywood Christmas Parade Featuring Marine Toys for Tots, led by Grand Marshal Nancy O’Dell of Entertainment Tonight, and produced by Associated Television International. The parade will be telecast as a two-hour primetime special on The CW Network on Friday, December 14, 2018 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT, 7:00 p.m. CT. The 3-4 Seahawks are headed to Arlington and seeking revenge against the 2-4 Cowboys who shocked the world by beating the reigning Super Bowl champs at home in 2014. Something no other opponent was able to do..
The Seahawks, much like the Cowboys, are off to a slow start in 2015. Both teams are desperately seeking some new found hope in a last ditch effort to return to the playoffs. In this post the YDCFF staff share our thoughts and predictions for the rematch.
Kevin Sivells: Well, it is revenge time for the Seattle Seahawks. They are coming into Dallas with a chip on their shoulders. I am pretty sure they have not forgotten how these Cowboys rode into Seattle last season and out muscled them in their home stadium.
I am pretty sure they want to return the favor. The way the Dallas Cowboys offense is playing right now they may just get the last laugh. On the other side, the way the Boys defense is stepping up, anything is possible in this game.
Only unit that is operating close to full strength. If the offense can sustain some drives to keep them fresh, I believe they can contain Marshawn Lynch and Russell Wilson. This means Cassel has to take care of the ball and Garrett has to stick to the running game. Especially since Darren McFadden is showing why you brought him to Dallas in the first place. The Seahawks are just as hungry for a win. The NFC West is a division you do not want to fall to far behind in. The defense is starting to come back to life and the offense is starting to find Jimmy Graham.
Bottom line, this game is a battle of wills. WILL the Cowboys offense help the defense by limiting turnovers? Will the Cowboys defense have enough gas in the tank towards the end of the second half if the offense doesn’t help? Will this be the game the Seattle Seahawks return to their old form? My prediction for this game is simple. If Matt Cassel can show some resemblance to Danny White (We know Aikman, Romo, Staubach he will NEVER be), the Cowboys might have a chance. Right now I see this game going to the Seahawks 28-17. Sorry guys. I don’t see Matt Cassel getting around the Seattle defense.
Al Beam: The Seahawks are currently victims of not only the salary cap, but some poor decisions by the front office. Giving a big contract to a QB who has never shown the ability to stand in the pocket and win games with his arm, or show any consistency as a deep threat, has led to them losing some key players up front. Football is won in the trenches and the Seahawks sacrificed three offensive linemen. Two of them went to the Jets, and the third to the Saints (All Pro Center Max Unger) in a trade for Jimmy Graham. For them to think Russell Wilson would have the same chemistry with Graham that Drew Brees did, was foolish at best.
Not prioritizing the protection of their highest paid player makes no sense to me and the results were predictable. Wilson is the most sacked QB in the NFL with 31, despite his mobility. His passing production has never merited the contract he got. Currently he has amassed 1,668 yards (238.2 YPG, 28th in the NFL) 8 Tds, 5 INTs and 3 fumbles. He continues to ride on the back of Marshawn Lynch and his defense that is 5th in points allowed (18.3), 3rd in yards per game (294.1), 3rd against the pass (200 YPG), and 6th against the run (94.1 YPG). Much like the Cowboys, their defense needs some help from the offense.
This game is going to come down to two things. Which team can have the most success running the ball, and which QB can do a better job of sustaining drives and putting up points without turning the ball over. The Giants secondary isn’t even in the same zip code as the Seattle Seahawks and Matt Cassel threw 3 interceptions. Russell Wilson has a passer rating of 97.0 to Matt Cassel’s 62.3; despite having arguably the worst OL in the NFL. With Tony Romo or Kellen Moore at the helm, I would give the nod to the Cowboys, but I can’t trust Matt Cassel to protect the football against the 3rd ranked secondary in the NFL.
The Seahawks will pound Lynch on the ground to keep the pass rush at bay and the coaches will trust their secondary in man coverage so they can focus on taking away the run and getting pressure on Cassel. Forcing Matt to win with his arm will lead to turnovers. I am not going to predict a score, but I anticipate a win by the Seahawks. . I just can’t trust the QB.
